Passionate about creating an incredible client experience, Andrew enjoys interacting with each and every client, getting to know and understand their vision for the perfect outdoor retreat and then working with everyone on the HBC Decks team to make it a reality. He is an avid reader of biographies and autobiographies and enjoys spending time outside of working doing anything and everything with his nieces and nephews.

Intensely focused on providing the highest level of quality and craftsmanship, Caleb works with the HBC Decks team to ensure your project is not complete until the Holland Brothers’ expectation of quality is achieved. With their 5 kids, he and his wife enjoy snowboarding, swimming, family games, and any other fun activity that brings the family together.

A self-proclaimed “Deck Wizard,” with over 8 years of experience in decking, Carson specializes in bringing your imagination to life. He loves his beautiful wife, Marly, and baby girl, Indy, and enjoys Wednesday night trivia, golfing, and just spending time with friends and family.

A dedicated and adaptable team player, Phillip thrives when focusing on one task on your project and is always ready to assist wherever needed. A computer wizard, outside of work he enjoys designing, creating, and coding games that bring his fun imagination into computer reality.

A collaborative and relationship-focused team member, Thomas works with the HBC Decks project team to make sure your backyard retreat is done right. With a host of friends outside of work, he stays involved and engaged in a host of social activities, and enjoys snowboarding, Minecraft, and spending time with his dog, Gannon.
